Overview

All files sold or distributed by VexlySVG are digital products created and owned by VexlySVG. By downloading any file — free or paid — you agree to the terms of the applicable license below.

Personal Use License (Free Products)

Free products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Use the files for personal crafting projects, home décor, and gifts
• Print and cut on your Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting machine for personal items
• Create items for yourself or as gifts (not for resale)

You may not:

• Sell, redistribute, or sublicense the original digital files
• Use the files in items sold commercially (products for sale)
• Claim ownership or authorship of the designs
• Use the files in print-on-demand, stock, or NFT services

Commercial Use License (Paid Products)

Paid products include a commercial use license. You may:

• Use the files in products you sell (t-shirts, mugs, stickers, merch, etc.)
• Use for client work and branding projects
• Print and produce on any physical medium for resale
• Use in social media, marketing, advertising, and digital designs
• Create up to an unlimited number of end-products for sale

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the raw digital files as a digital product
• Use in print-on-demand platforms as a standalone clipart/design download (the file itself cannot be sold as a file)
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original design
• Use in NFT, AI training datasets, or other derivative digital distribution

Attribution

Attribution to VexlySVG is appreciated but not required for either license.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of VexlySVG. A license grants you the right to use the design; it does not transfer copyright ownership to you.
