All products sold on VexlySVG are digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF, PDF). Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Upon purchase or free download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to the terms outlined in our License page.

3. Payment & Checkout

Paid products are processed through Gumroad, our third-party checkout provider and Merchant of Record. VexlySVG does not process or store your payment details, and no user accounts are maintained on this website. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in USD. Gumroad handles order fulfillment, file delivery, and applicable taxes or VAT based on your location.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on VexlySVG are the intellectual property of VexlySVG unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our site content without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share original digital files with third parties
  • Use designs in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download site content
  • Submit false chargebacks or disputes in bad faith

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VexlySVG provides digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with every software or device. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexlySVG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
